    List of Ingredients


    • 1 packet plain biscuits (e.g. Marie Claire)
    • 1 x 400g can of condensed milk
    • cocoa to taste
    • 1/2 cup of currants or glaced cherries or nuts
    • coconut and/or ground almonds to coat


    Instructions


    1. Crush biscuits in blender (alternatively, place in a bag and use rolling pin to crush)
    2. Place crush biscuits in bowl, and combine with cocoa
    3. Slowly add condensed milk
    4. Add currants, nuts, or glaced cherries.
    5. Using one teaspoon of the mixture, roll into balls using your hands
    6. Cover with coconut and/or ground almonds

    7. Place of baking tray, and chill until required
