List of Ingredients
- 1 packet plain biscuits (e.g. Marie Claire)
- 1 x 400g can of condensed milk
- cocoa to taste
- 1/2 cup of currants or glaced cherries or nuts
- coconut and/or ground almonds to coat
Instructions
- Crush biscuits in blender (alternatively, place in a bag and use rolling pin to crush)
- Place crush biscuits in bowl, and combine with cocoa
- Slowly add condensed milk
- Add currants, nuts, or glaced cherries.
- Using one teaspoon of the mixture, roll into balls using your hands
- Cover with coconut and/or ground almonds
- Place of baking tray, and chill until required
