    Chang's Fried Noodles


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 packet of fried egg noodles (100 grams)
    • 2 tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter
    • 200g chocolate (milk or dark)


    Instructions


    1. Melt chocolate and peanut butter
    2. Mix well until it is a smooth paste
    3. Add noodles and coat them well
    4. Spoon the mixture onto grease-proof paper, or into individual paper patty pans.
    5. Place in refrigerator until set


    Final Comments


    If melting chocolate in the microwave, melt on high initially for about 30 seconds. If not melted, microwave again in 5 second intervals.
