    • 90g butter
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 4 cups of corn flakes
    • 1 Tablespoon of honey


    Instructions


    1. Melt honey, butter and sugar in a saucepan. Stir in cornflakes.
    2. Put in patty pans and bake in moderate oven until golden (approx 8 mins).
    3. Leave in patty pans until cool, then carefully remove.
    4. You can stick them together by using about 1 teaspoon of butter and several tablespoons of icing sugar. Stir in some milk until it reaches a spreadable consistency.
