    • 500g milk chocolate, chopped
    • 50g copha, chopped
    • 1 cup of 100s and 1000s


    Instructions


    1. Line a flat baking tray with baking paper.
    2. Melt chocolate and copha together in a small pan. Spoon the mixture onto baking paper using a tablespoon. To achieve perfect rounds, you may wish to set them in greased egg rings.
    3. Cover each round with 100s and 1000s. Refrigerate until set.


    Final Comments


    You can use dark chocolate, milk chocolate or white chocolate for these.
    To make chocolate coconut disks, simply use 1 cup of desiccated cocont, toasted, instead of 100s and 1000s (stir in the coconut after melting chocolate and copha)
