    Vegetable and Brie Pasta

    List of Ingredients


    • Fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, corn, peas, beans etc)
    • 1 3/4 cup of vegetable stock
    • 3-4 cups of pasta of your choice
    • 1 cup milk
    • approx 1/2 cup of brie or camembert pieces (rind removed)
    • 2 cloves crushed garlic


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
    2. Stir together all ingredients, except brie. You do not need to pre-cook vegetables or pasta.
    3. Bake for 20-40 minutes.
    4. Remove from oven, and let stand 5-10 minutes, or until sauce has achieved desired consistency. (the longer the sauce sits, the thicker and stickier it will become)
    5. Stir in brie or camembert and serve immediately.
