Vegetable and Brie Pasta

List of Ingredients
- Fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, corn, peas, beans etc)
- 1 3/4 cup of vegetable stock
- 3-4 cups of pasta of your choice
- 1 cup milk
- approx 1/2 cup of brie or camembert pieces (rind removed)
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Stir together all ingredients, except brie. You do not need to pre-cook vegetables or pasta.
- Bake for 20-40 minutes.
- Remove from oven, and let stand 5-10 minutes, or until sauce has achieved desired consistency. (the longer the sauce sits, the thicker and stickier it will become)
- Stir in brie or camembert and serve immediately.
