Recipe Introduction
Calzone is basially a pocket pizza. You can add whatever ingredients you want.
List of Ingredients
- 4 cups of plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 sachets of yeast
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 cup of luke warm water
Instructions
- Sift flour and salt into a large mixing bowl. Stir in the yeast with a fork.
- Add the oil and lukewarm water, and mix around until a soft dough is formed.
- Divide into 5 even portions. Roll out to form a circle.
- Place tomato paste and pizza filling onto half of the dough. Fold in half to enclose the filling. Seal the edges with a fork. Brush with oloive oil.
- Bake until golden brown (around 20-25 minutes).
