Cheesy Potato Bake

List of Ingredients
- sliced potatoes (allow one per person)
- large onion, finely sliced
- bacon (allow 1 rasher per person)
- spring onions (1 per person)
- cream
- milk
- grated cheese
- cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
- mixed herbs
- breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to moderate temperature. Mix together milk, cream and spices.
- Add cheese, spring onions, onions, and bacon.
- Stir potatoes through the liquid mixture.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Top with grated cheese and cover with breadcrumbs. You may wish to sprinkle extra cayenne pepper on top of the breadcrumbs.
- Bake in moderate oven for 30-45 minutes, until crispy on top.
