Fried Rice

List of Ingredients
- rice
- soy sauce to taste
- ginger
- bacon
- spring onions
- green beans (sliced on the diagonal)
- carrots (sliced into long thin pieces)
- celery (sliced on the diagonal)
- capsicum, cut into thin strips
- 1 can of baby corn cut into short lengths, or frozen corn
- frozen peas
- eggs
Instructions
- Cook rice ahead of time, and place in fridge to cool. The rice will firm up and ensure you do not gluggy fried rice!
- Cook bacon in frypan. When cooked, remove bacon from pan and drain.
- Cook egg into an omlette. Cut into strips and set aside
- Heat oil in a wok, then add vegetables and finally rice
- Add soy sauce and ginger to taste. Mix through pan evenly.
- Stir fry until all ingredients are cooked.
