    Easy rice that goes well with recipes, such as Mexican Chicken


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups of rice
    • 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
    • 1 teaspoon ground tumeric


    Instructions


    1. Bring 1 1/2 litres of water, and chicken stock and tumeric, to the boil.
    2. Stir in rice
    3. Boil for 8-10 minutes
