Rich Chocolate Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup of butter
- 3 cups of sugar
- 4 squares of unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup cocoa
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- ice cream
Instructions
- In a saucepan, over low heat, melt butter and chocolate.
- Stir in the sugar and cocoa until smooth. Gradually add cream and mix well.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until sugar is dissolved, stiring frequently.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
- Serve over icecream. Store leftover sauce in the refrigerator.
