    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup of butter
    • 3 cups of sugar
    • 4 squares of unsweetened chocolate
    • 1 cup cocoa
    • 2 cups whipping cream
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
    • ice cream


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan, over low heat, melt butter and chocolate.
    2. Stir in the sugar and cocoa until smooth. Gradually add cream and mix well.
    3. Cook for 10 minutes or until sugar is dissolved, stiring frequently.
    4. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
    5. Serve over icecream. Store leftover sauce in the refrigerator.
