    List of Ingredients


    • 150g butter
    • 1/2 cup caster sugar
    • 1 egg, lightly beaten
    • 50g dark chocolate, melted
    • 1 cup self raising flour
    • 2 tablespoons cocoa
    • 250g dark chocolate, chopped (extra)
    • 25g butter (extra)
    • 50g mini marshmallows
    • 1/2 cup halved glace cherries
    • 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 180c.
    2. Brush slice tin with oil
    3. Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy. Beat in melted chocolate, and transfer to a large bowl.
    4. Fold in flour and cocoa
    5. Bake to 20-25 minutes. Gently press down so that the outsides are even with the centre. Leave to cool
    6. Heat extra butter and chocolate
    7. Spread 1/3 of the melted chocolate mixture onto the base of the slice
    8. Top with marshmallows, cherries and peanuts
    9. Spoon remaining chocolate evenly over the slice. Leave to set, and then cut.


    Final Comments


    Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
