- Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup peanut butter (smooth)
- 1 cup thick coconut milk/cream
- 1/2 teaspoon curry
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- crushed garlic
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- Marinade:
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients
- Marinade meat pieces for 1 hour
- Heat oil in wok, add marinated meat and cook
- Serve cooked meat with dipping sauce
