    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups sugar
    • 6 tablespoons cocoa
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 cup shredded coconut
    • 3 cups instant oatmeal


    Instructions


    1. Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan
    2. Bring to boil
    3. Add vanilla, then remove from heat
    4. Stir in coconut and instant oatmeal
    5. Drop teaspoons of the mixture onto waxpaper, and chill
