    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup softened butter
    • 1 small package chocolate instant pudding mix
    • 1 large egg
    • 2 cups flour
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
    • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
    • 3 tablespoons butter


    Instructions


    1. Prehead oven to 325F.
    2. Beat 1 cup butter and pudding mix at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add egg, beating until blended. Gradually add flour, beating at low speed until blended
    3. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in sugar, and place 2 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheets.
    4. Bake 12-15 minutes. Cool.
    5. Melt chocolate and 3 tablespoons butter in a zip top plastic bag. Knead until blended. Snip a tiny hole in corner of the bag, and drizzle chocolate over the cookies.
