    Slow Cooker Lentils And Sausage

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 16oz pkg of dry lentils
    • 1 16 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
    • 2 14oz cans beef broth
    • 3 cups water
    • 1 carrot, chopped
    • 2 pounds kielbasa, Polish sausage, cut in 1/2 " pieces
    • 1 stalk celery, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Rinse lentils well but do not soak

    2. In slow cooker, stir together all ingredients.

    3. Cover and cook on high - 3 hours or 6 - 7 hours on low.

    4. Stir well before serving.
