List of Ingredients



• 20 soda crackers
  
• cinnamon to taste
  
• butter
  
• 1 1/2 cups water
  
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
  
• 1 1/2 tsps cream of tartar
  
• uncooked 2 crust pastry
  






Instructions



1. Break crackers into shell.
   
   
2. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Dot with butter.
   
   
3. in saucepan, heat water, sugar and cream of tartar and heat to disolve sugar.
   
   
4. Pour over crackers.
   
   
5. Cover with top crust. Slit a few steam holes in top crust.
   
   
6. Bake at 375 degrees until brown.
