SALTED PEANUT BARS

List of Ingredients
- 1 (24 oz) jar dry roasted peanuts
- 1 (10 oz) package peanut butter chips (Reese's)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (10 oz) pkg mini white marshmallows
Instructions
- Spread half of the peanuts in bottom of ungreased 9x13x2" pan.
- Melt together the peanut butter chips and butter.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk into chip mixture.
- In a seperate bowl, pour mixture over the marshmallows and stir to coat well.
- Spread the marshmallows over the peanuts and press down well.
- Put the rest of the peanuts on top and press down into the marshmallow/chip mixture.
- Let sit for awhile to get firm before cutting bars.
- Leave in the pan covered, or cut up and put into air tight container. This makes a lot.
Final Comments
I used a piece of waxed paper to press down the marshmallows into the pan. It gets sticky, otherwise.
