RUTHIE'S QUICK RICE HOTDISH

Recipe Introduction
This size recipe serves 2 to 3 people.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb hamburger
- small onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 can vegetable beef soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1/2 can minute rice
- 3 Tbsp catsup
Instructions
- Brown the meat, onion and celery in a large frying pan and drain.
- Add in the same pan the soup, 1/2 CAN water, 1/2 CAN minute rice and 3 Tbsp catsup.
- Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes and serve.
