    RUTHIE'S QUICK RICE HOTDISH

    This is from my Aunt Ruth Boraas.


    Recipe Introduction


    This size recipe serves 2 to 3 people.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 lb hamburger
    • small onion, chopped
    • 1 stalk celery, chopped
    • 1 can vegetable beef soup
    • 1/2 can water
    • 1/2 can minute rice
    • 3 Tbsp catsup


    Instructions


    1. Brown the meat, onion and celery in a large frying pan and drain.
    2. Add in the same pan the soup, 1/2 CAN water, 1/2 CAN minute rice and 3 Tbsp catsup.
    3. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes and serve.
