Recipe Introduction
Easy and good with about anything I can think of.
List of Ingredients
- Frozen dinner roll dough
- Your favorite butter or margarine
- Onion Salt
- Parsley (dried works; fresh is best)
- Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- Non-stick spray
- Baking Pan- your rolls should almost touch when 1st put in pan
Instructions
- Spray your pan with non-stick spray.
- Melt some butter. Add your seasonings. I usually taste my seasoned butter at least 3 time for quality control purposes.
- Dip frozen roll dough balls into warm melted butter stuff. Let them sit in it for a minute if you want.
- Place rolls in greased pan. Cover with plastic wrap. Let these babies thaw and raise. (the package usually has suggestions for this step; do what you want)
- Heat oven per manufacurer's suggestion. Uncover and put inside.
- Keep an eye on them. Adjust oven temp if need be. I use 350'-400'F for 10-20 minutes.
- When you take them out, pour the remaining seasoned butter on top.
Final Comments
You can turn these into breadsticks by stretching thawed dipped dough and laying out on a cookie sheet.
P.S.-I usually use the quick-proof method to thaw my dough, but that's just me.
