    Recipe Introduction


    This creamed corn is a big hit at every family gathering. You can cook and serve it out of a crockpot also. These amounts should feed 4-5 people. Make plenty, it's fantastic.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cans whole kernel corn or 2 1/2 cups frozen corn(my pref)
    • 1 block cream cheese
    • 2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    • dash of white pepper/shake of salt


    Instructions


    1. Drain most of the juice off if using canned corn.
    2. Place all ingredients into your pan or crock pot. Turn heat on very LOW.
    3. Stir frequently and heat through. Keep warm until serving time.


    Final Comments


    When making larger batches, you can get away with using less cream cheese. Three packages is good for 8 cups of corn:) enjoy
