Recipe Introduction
This creamed corn is a big hit at every family gathering. You can cook and serve it out of a crockpot also. These amounts should feed 4-5 people. Make plenty, it's fantastic.
List of Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel corn or 2 1/2 cups frozen corn(my pref)
- 1 block cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
- dash of white pepper/shake of salt
Instructions
- Drain most of the juice off if using canned corn.
- Place all ingredients into your pan or crock pot. Turn heat on very LOW.
- Stir frequently and heat through. Keep warm until serving time.
Final Comments
When making larger batches, you can get away with using less cream cheese. Three packages is good for 8 cups of corn:) enjoy
