Pork Spare-Ribs Barbecue

List of Ingredients
2 kg pork spare-ribs, sliced into service pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sweet sherry
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground pepper
Recipe
1. Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sweet sherry and ground pepper.
2. Add mixture to the pork spare-ribs and marinate for at least an hour.
3. Arrange the spare-ribs on a rack with a drip tray.
4. Place under a griller and grill both sides until done or cook on a barbecue hot place.
Note: Strain and store marinade sauce in a clean glass jar with cover inside the refrigerator for future use. Handy for preparing sweet-sour sauce.
