PORK WITH ORANGE SAUCE
6 pork medallions
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbs seasoned flour
1 clove garlic crushed
1 Tbs oil and butter
1 orange peeled and sliced
3/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbs chopped parsley
1 tsp dry mustard
Dust steaks with seasoned flour. Saute in oil and butter approx.
8 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm. Drain excess fat from
pan.
Add juice, mustard, sauce and garlic and simmer for 3 mins. Add
slices of orange and reheat with pork, coating well sauce. Serve
sprinkled with parsley.
