    5 cup diced onion
    5 cup diced celery
    2 cup sliced mushroom
    1 cup diced red pepper
    sautee

    boil angel hair or spaghetti noodles drain and set aside


    make rue
    butter and flour

    chicken base water and rue to taste and texture
    to make 5 cup chicken gravy
    add 2.5 # cream cheese, do not boil

    add 8 cups diced chicken

    layer noodles and sauce with all ingredients in pan and bake with parmesan sprinkles @ 350 for 30 minutes
