many years ago, you gave cooking classes in Tenafly. To this day, I am still cooking some of those recipes. One of my father in law favorites is the biscoti. He is from Italy and claims that those are the best biscottis he ever had.

Jeffrey,,, About 14 years ago in Tom's River, you gave us the most memorable wedding banquet...in that intimate little function room in your restaurant,,yummy appetizers (orangy spicy beef and garlicky shrimp); fabulous entrees (giant veal chops w morrels, lobster pasta, fillet mignon) and a transcendent chocolate mousse and fresh raspberry filled wedding cake baked and decorated by you,, friends raved about it for years!
