List of Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tomato diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh celantro,finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pit and halve avocados and scoop out flesh into a mixing bowl
- Mash avocados with a fork, leaving it still a bit chuncky
- Add remaining ingredients,gently mix
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving
