List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- 4 salmon steaks (6oz each)
Instructions
- In a small bow, combine the first eight ingredients.
- If grilling the salmon, coat grill rack with non stick cooking spray before starting the grill.
- Grill salmon, uncovered, over medium heat or broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Brish occasionally with sauce.
