List of Ingredients
- 1to 2 lbs talipia fillets
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 tobasco or hot pepper sauce (optional)
- dash of pepper
- dried,chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cut fillets into 6 serving size pieces.
- Place in a well greased 12x8x2 dish.
- Combine butter,lemon juice,onion, and seasonings.
- Pour over fillets.
- Bake at 350 for about 25 to 30 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
- Remove from over and sprinkle parsley over top.
