Honey Glazed Corned Beef

List of Ingredients
- 1 Corned Beef (anywhere from 2 to 3.5 lbs)
- 1 large onion,quartered
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- whole garlic cloves (about 5)
- honey
Instructions
- Place corned beef, 2 tablespoons sugar, and onion in a large pot,add water to cover
- Boil,reduce heat to simmer and cover
- cook for 1 and 1 half hours, drain water from pot,keeping onions and beef
- Repeat process,add 2 tablespoons of sugar, and water to cover beef,boil,reduce heat to simmer and cover cook for another 1 and 1 half hours.
- Remove corned beef and place in a baking pan
- Stud beef with cloves,and coat generously with honey,refrigerate over night covered
- Remove cloves,bake covered on medium or low heat. It can bake for a half hour or much longer,as your serving needs vary
- You can use the water to cook cabbage if desired as well.
- For a more deli like taste serve immediately after double boiling
