    • 12 oz uncooked spiral pasta
    • 4 medium carrots,sliced
    • 3 celery ribs,sliced
    • 1 can (16oz) kidney beans,rinsed and drained
    • 1 can (15oz) garbanzo beans or chickpeas,rinsed and drained
    • 1 large onion,halved and thinly sliced
    • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    • 1 medium green pepper, julienned
    • 1 can (6oz) pitted ripe olives,drained and sliced
    • 1 jar ( 4 1/2 oz) marinated artichoke hearts,drained and coarsely chopped
    • Dressing:
    • !/2 cup white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
    • 1/2 cup canola oil
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 2 tablespoons grated parmesean cheese
    • 3/4 to 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper


    Instructions


    1. Cook pasta according to package directions;drain and rinse in cold water
    2. Place in a large bowl;add the next 9 ingredients
    3. In a jar with a tight fitting lid,combine the dressing ingredients;shake well
    4. Pour over salad,toss to coat
