List of Ingredients
1/4 k beef round or pork pigue (lean), cut into chunks
1-1/2 cups water
1 pc laurel leaf (bay leaf)
100 g Baguio beans (snap beans), sliced
1 pouch (200 g) DEL MONTE Classic Menudo-Estofado and Afritada Recipe Sauce
2 small (60 g) bell peppers, cut into strips
1 medium (200 g) kamote (sweet potato), cut into chunks and fried
1 large (100 g) saba banana (cooking or plantain banana), sliced and fried
Recipe
SIMMER meat in water, 1/2 tsp. iodized fine salt (or 1/2 Tbsp. iodized rock salt), 1/8 tsp. pepper and laurel leaf until tender. Add more water if needed.
ADD Baguio beans. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add DEL MONTE Classic Recipe Sauce and bell peppers. Simmer for 5 minutes.
STIR in saba and kamote just before serving.
