    3 cups icing sugar
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1/4 cup shortening
    1/3 cup milk
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    pinch of salt

    Combine all ingredients.Beat on low speed of mixer until blended,then beat on high until creamy.
