List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs of ground chuck or beef
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbs of Sugar
- 1 chopped onion (optional)
- 16 oz canned tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp of oregano
- 2 8oz cream cheese
- 2/3 cup of parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Saute beefw/ onions, drain. Add Garlic,ketchup,sugar,tomato sauce, and oregano. Cook over low heat for 10 min. In a seperate dish mix together softened cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Thank add to meat. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
THIS IS GREAT RE-HEATED,ALSO I SOMETIMES KEEP IT IN A CROCK POT ON LOW TO KEEP WARM.
