List of Ingredients
6 golden delicious apples, cored and sliced.
1 large can unsweetened pineapple juice
raisins
flour tortillas
cinnamon
arrowroot or cornstarch
Recipe
Cook the apples and raisins in the pineapple juice, adding cinnamon to your liking. When the apples are cooked but still formed, spoon into flour tortillas and roll up like burritos. Place seam side down in a casserole dish. Add a little arrowroot or cornstarch to the juice and boil until
thickened. Pour thickened juice over the burritos. Bake at 325 degrees until heated through.
