    Crust:
    1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 cup butter, melted
    Filling:
    24 oz. light cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    8 oz. semisweet chocolate melted, slightly cooled
    1/4 cup Crème de Cacao liqueur

    Heat oven to 350F.
    Crust: Mix crumb and butter. Place parchment paper into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Spray the sides and parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray. Press the crumbs into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the springform pan.
    Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until light. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla, melted chocolate and liqueur; mix well. Pour over crust.
    Place in a hot water bath. Bake 50-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from the water bath and run a knife around the edges. Chill.
