    List of Ingredients




    ½ cup butter or margarine, softened
    1 ½ cups sugar
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas
    2 eggs

    Frosting:
    4 oz. light cream cheese
    ¼ cup butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 cups powdered sugar, approx.

    Recipe



    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in bananas. Spread in 10x15x1” pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool.
    For frosting, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Gradually beat in powdered sugar to achieve desired consistency. Frost bars. Store in refrigerator.
    Yield: 3 to 4 dozen bars
