Chocolate Truffles

List of Ingredients
12 oz. semisweet chocolate bar
¾ cup heavy cream
½ tsp. vanilla
1 ½ Tbs. flavored liqueur
Cocoa powder or chopped nuts
Recipe
Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Put chocolate into a bowl. Heat cream to a simmer. Add to chocolate. Whisk until chocolate is melted. Add vanilla and liqueur. Cool in refrigerator until firm. Form into small balls. Roll in cocoa powder or chopped nuts.
Store in refrigerator.
