List of Ingredients
1-12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1-10 ½ oz. pkg. tiny marshmallows (5 ½ cups)
1 ½ cups honey-roasted or dry roasted peanuts
Recipe
Line two cookie sheets with waxed paper; set aside. Melt choc. chips and peanut butter in microwave.
In a large mixing bowl combine marshmallows and peanuts. Pour chocolate mixture over top; stir well to coat marshmallows and peanuts. Drop mixture by heaping tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheets. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until set.
Yield: about 50
To store: Place clusters in layers separated by waxed paper in an airtight container; cover. Store in refrigerator for up to 14 days.
