    White Chocolate Truffles

    12 oz. white chocolate bar
    ¾ cups heavy cream
    ½ tsp. vanilla
    1 ½ Tbs. flavored liqueur
    Powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Put chocolate into a bowl. Heat cream to a simmer. Add to chocolate. Whisk until chocolate is melted. Add vanilla and liqueur. Cool in refrigerator until firm. Form into small balls. Roll in powdered sugar.
    Store in refrigerator.
