List of Ingredients
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. almond extract
2 ½ cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Recipe
Cream powdered sugar and butter. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract and mix well. Mix in flour, baking soda and cream of tartar just until mixed.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out dough and cut with cookie cutters. Place on cookie sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
