Steak with Mushroom Sauce

List of Ingredients
Steaks:
Tenderized steak
15 oz. can beef broth
Sweet onion, thinly sliced
Thyme, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Season salt, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Mushroom Sauce:
1 ½ cups sliced cremini mushrooms (or any mushroom of your choice)
1 ½ Tbs. flour
1/3 cup sweet Marsala wine
¼ cup minced sweet onion (like Vidalia)
Beef broth (from above)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. tomato paste
1/8 tsp. dried rosemary, chopped
½ tsp. Dijon mustardRecipe
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Put steaks and seasonings in a roasting pan. Cover tightly and put in oven for 3 hrs., turning once after 1 ½ hrs.
After steaks are done, make the sauce.
Combine mushrooms and flour in a bowl; toss. Combine the wine, onions and balsamic vinegar in a skillet. Bring to a boil; cook until thick (about 3 minutes).
Reduce heat to medium. Add the broth from the cooked steaks, Worcestershire, tomato paste, and rosemary; cook 1 minute. Add mushroom mixture and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in mustard. Pour over the steaks and serve.
