    1 Pound Oreo Cookies
    1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 C. Butter
    1-12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
    2 small pkg. Instant Pudding
    3 C. Milk
    1 t. vanilla

    Recipe



    Crush half of the cookies. Spread on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Add sugar and whipped topping. Beat together. In another bowl combine pudding mixes, milk, and vanilla. Fold and stir pudding mixture into the first mixture. Spread filling over the cookie base. Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle over filling. Refrigerate.
