- 8 ounce egg noodles
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
Instructions
- Start cooking noodles as package directs.
- Over low heat, melt butter and cream in saucepan. Stir in cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low.
- Drain noodles and pour in serving dish. Pour in sauce and stir gently until noodles are coated.
