Easy Cheesecake Muffins
List of Ingredients
- 1 can Hungry Jack Butterflake biscuits
- 1 lg. package cream cheese (9 oz?)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 Tablespoons melted margarine
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375. Cut cream cheese into 10 equal squares. Roll each first in margarine, then cinnamon/sugar. Set aside.
- Open roll of biscuits, separate into 10 circles. Flatten each with a rolling pin into 10 three inch circles.
- Place a cream cheese square on each one, fold up sides and seal well. Shape into balls.
- Roll each ball in margarine again, then cinnamon/sugar mix. Place in ungreased muffin pan, bake at 375 for 18-22 min.
