TOMATO PARMESAN FARFALLE

List of Ingredients
- 1-28 oz. can Diced Tomatoes in Juice
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 lb. Farfalle
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1-13.75 oz. can Artichoke Hearts in Brine
- 1/2 cup Small black Pitted Olives, sliced
- 1 tsp. Fresh chopped or Dried Basil
- 1 tsp. Minced Garlic in Olive Oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine milk, tomatoes, garlic, parmesan cheese, and basil.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of the olives and Artichoke Hearts.
- Boil pasta according to the package directions, drain and set aside.
- Return pasta to saucepan and add tomato mixture.
- Cook and stir over low heat 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle the remaining olives as decoration for each plate.
