    TOMATO PARMESAN FARFALLE

    Recipe Introduction


    Prep Time : 20 minutes
    Cook Time : 15 minutes
    Serves : 4


    List of Ingredients


    • 1-28 oz. can Diced Tomatoes in Juice
    • 1/4 cup Milk
    • 1 lb. Farfalle
    • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 1-13.75 oz. can Artichoke Hearts in Brine
    • 1/2 cup Small black Pitted Olives, sliced
    • 1 tsp. Fresh chopped or Dried Basil
    • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic in Olive Oil


    Instructions


    1. In a medium bowl, combine milk, tomatoes, garlic, parmesan cheese, and basil.

    2. Stir in 1/4 cup of the olives and Artichoke Hearts.

    3. Boil pasta according to the package directions, drain and set aside.

    4. Return pasta to saucepan and add tomato mixture.

    5. Cook and stir over low heat 2-3 minutes.

    6. Sprinkle the remaining olives as decoration for each plate.
