Sour Cream Chicken Casserole
List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 6 chicken breasts, cooked, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/4 lb. Ritz crackers or reg. cracker crumbs
- 1 (8oz) container sour cream
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup or Chicken Mushroom
- 1/4 to 3/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine margarine and cracker crumbs; blend well. Spoon half the crumbs in to a shallow 2 qt. Casserole dish. Cover crumbs with cut up chicken pieces.
- Combine sour cream , soup, and salt and pepper and broth as needed, depending on the amount of moisture you like.
- Pour this sour cream mixture over chicken pieces and top with remaining crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
