    Wine Baked Chicken

    This chicken recipe is very easy to make yet deliciously impressive. Use a decent dry white wine and fresh herbs, the rest takes care of itself.

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 chicken breast halves, skinned
    • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, halved
    • 1 C dry white wine
    • 1/3 C chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 T fresh tarragon, minced (or 1 1/2 tsp. dried)
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. pepper


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2. Arrange chicken breasts, bone side down, in a 13 X 9 inch baking dish.
    3. Place mushrooms around chicken, pour wine over everything and sprinkle with parsley, tarragon, salt, and pepper.
    4. Cover and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
