    Chinese-Style Fried Rice


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups water
    • 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
    • 1 egg (beaten)
    • 3 tbsp. butter (or margarine)
    • 1/3 cup onion (chopped)
    • 2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce


    Instructions


    1. Bring 1 cup water to boil in saucepan. Stir in rice. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile, cook egg in butter in skillet until egg is set.
    3. Add onion and rice. Cook and stir until rice and onion are lightly browned.
    4. Combine 1/2 cup water and soy sauce. Stir into rice.
