Chinese-Style Fried Rice
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 3 tbsp. butter (or margarine)
- 1/3 cup onion (chopped)
- 2 to 3 tbsp. soy sauce
Instructions
- Bring 1 cup water to boil in saucepan. Stir in rice. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook egg in butter in skillet until egg is set.
- Add onion and rice. Cook and stir until rice and onion are lightly browned.
- Combine 1/2 cup water and soy sauce. Stir into rice.
