Savory Sauteed Portabellas
List of Ingredients
- 1(4 oz.) can chunky style portabella mushrooms; do not drain juice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. whole marjoram or oregano
- 1/16 tsp. (dash) ground savory
Instructions
- Saute mushrooms, onion, butter and olive oil in a fry pan on high heat for 2 minutes. Do not overcook.
- Add the remaining five ingredients to the sauteed mixture. Mix well. No additional cooking time needed.
- Serve over meat, potatoes or rice.
