8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 T apple juice
2 T brown sugar
1/2 t cinnamon OR apple pie spice
1 medium red apple, chopped
1/4 c chopped pecans
Ritz or Town House Crackers
Recipe
Beat cream cheese and juice with your electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in brown sugar and spice.
Stir in apples and pecans. Serve with crackers.
About 16 servings.
