Baked Incredible Crab & Spinach Dip

List of Ingredients
2 cans Orleans Fancy White Crabmeat or fresh (Drain canned crabmeat)
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 pkg Green Giant CREAMED spinach
1 Tbsp worstershire
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp horseradish
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/3 c fresh shredded parmessan cheese
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp black pepper
Old Bay Seafood Spice
Crackers of your choiceRecipe
In seperate bowl, drain crab meat, coat crab with old bay spice, until crab meat is no longer white. Soften cream cheese. Microwave spinach. Only use 1/2 of the package of spinach.
Place 1/2 the spinach in a bowl, combine all other ingredients. Mix well. Add crab meat, mix again. Pour in a greased small casserole dish.
Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
This is wonderful when served hot. ***Also, can be made in the crockette*. Stir before serving.
Serve with Wheat Thins, or Town House, or Ritz crackers.
Your extra spinach may be placed in a ziploc bag in the fridge for another use. Do not refreeze the spinach. If you use the entire pack of spinach, you will need to double this recipe. Enjoy! Posted by: DARLENE_1976
